Badou Fjzeng doesn't access bank account

When you ask Badou in Sibayad to access your bank account, you click on splendid. But then he takes you back to his original dialogue of Why' hello there. He never lets you to your bank account.

Known issue. Has been like this since the minor Sibayad update. Banker is now in the Merchant Guild building.
