Unable to talk in the elven quarter

It seems nobody can speak in the elven quarter of Guldorand. We are mute. Please send help.

Edit: To clarify, this was only really in the eastern end of the area. The bit just outside the transition to the High Hall was alright, provided yuo hadn't walked from the temple/scrivener's keep/anywhere on the eastern part of the part of the area. It didn't matter if you'd transitioned from thsoe places, logged in down there, or simply walked there and back. If you were there, you came back without a tongue.

It was by far the oddest thing I've yet found on the server in terms of bugs.
