If you relevel Shaman it sometimes thinks that you do not have 3 levels in your primary class even if you do. Not only does it undo the level but it will also give you back an incorrect number of skill points. A few months ago when I encountered this bug I had a DM take and give back my levels over and over again to try and get past this bug but to no avail...I literally could not level and it gave me back a both incorrect and different number of skillpoints every single time.
I encountered this bug months ago and had thought it was fixed but then I encountered it again in the PGCC server when I deleveled my Shaman to level 1 and it said I needed 3 levels in my primary class to take another Shaman level.
It seems to be inconsistent on when it occurs and I was eventually able to start taking levels though I'm not certain if it gave back the proper number of skill points. My current going theory on what could make it happen is if you take levels in another class and then remove said levels until you only have Shaman it makes the game think that Shaman is your second class.
For the record I still have my old bugged character who could not level on the main Server if any DM wishes to take a look at it.
