Taking Epic Second Wind delevels you

Taking Epic Second Wind currently delevels you ( at least in PGCC ) and I'm not sure if this is the case with live servers as well. Just posting this here in hopes of being notified when it's fixed due to not wanting to mess up the relevel ( or I'll update it myself for other people who are unsure ).

So how did you even get it to show up on your feats lists . I have 23 levels of Fighter and 28 Str and I checked each Epic Level to see if it appears and I didn't even see it !

You gotta drop down to level 1 fighter and when leveling up to 2 you'll get second wind feat for free. Have to have this feat first I believe.

There was a mistake I made in the 2da and I had the wrong prerequisites. I accidently set them to 17 str 17 con instead of the 21 str it is supposed to be. It should be fixed already on live servers if not PGCC. Otherwise Tarkus is right. You need second wind to be able to take it.

Ok I was trying this last night around 9pm MDT . It automatically gives you 2nd Wind that was not they issue it was Epic 2nd Wind that didnt show in the feat list so they update to the code was done after then ? I greatly appreciate it my man you are awesome.

Although the tooltip still says you need 17 CON, it works as intended on the live server ( 21 str 21 ftr req ).
