Description of Bug Experienced:
I spoke to Masaaki the Papermaker outside of the Arcane Tower at Whidershin Edge. One of his dialogue options is to purchase a copy of the Cordor Press. When purchased, the item received is a blank, unusable copy of the paper.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Talk to NPC.
Purchase paper through dialogue option.
Expected Result:
Receive a copy of the latest Cordor Press issue as one might receive from the NPCs in Cordor.
Actual Result:
Receive an unusable item that only says, "This is a copy of the Cordor Press, the finest newspaper on the isle!" No news stories are available.
