Duergar unable to select subrace

Description of Bug Experienced:
When making a new character select duergar then select an award e.g. Major - expect to be able to select a variety of planetouched subraces, gensai, tiefling etc but none are displayed as an option


Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Create new character, select major award

Expected Result:
Choice of subraces option

Actual Result:
None Available


Additional Information/Notes
Tested with both gold dwarf and shield dwarf and worked fine both on PGCC and Live servers, assume its because Duergar isnt considered a base race even though you can select from character creation screen?

Duergar cannot be cross raced into the above. Has to be the base races.

This is anticipated behaviour.
