Loremaster/Spellsword Bug - missing Base Attack if combined pre epic

Description of Bug Experienced:

When you combine Spellsword and Loremaster pre epic, the spellsword AB calculation does not seem to include the loremaster levels.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
* Make a swashbuckler 12, Spellsword 4, Loremaster 4.

Expected Result:
Spellsword calculation should give 18 AB resulting in 4 APR

Actual Result:
Spellsword calculation shows 15 AB resulting in 3 APR
