soulhaven arena

the soulhaven arena does not allow for horse use because the zone is 'inside'. this has made it difficult for PCs who want to pvp spar using their horse (cavaliers) so the arena ends up not being used so much, despite there being a lot of interest in sparing. sparring on the guldorand server now takes place outside the freeport gates or outside the city walls (for now, pending IC events) and also Soulhaven's garden.

is there any way the soulhaven zone can be flicked as "outside" as to accommodate horse use in the arena? that should solve the issue.

Even after I've played many monks, I never got a chance to use this Arena because it has a special script (sharing same screen with the rest of the place, unlike other arenas) and I could never get inside.
