Cordor Bank - Unable to see text

There appears to be an issue with the Cordor Bank, where it does not show anything in the chat log if you say something. It also doesn't appear over the character's head like it normally does. It's like there is some kind of zone of silence within the bank.

It makes communication impossible within the bank area itself, and it seems like it only works if you send tells to other players.




Also, there is a message that appears to tell you what the weather is like inside the bank when you enter. I don't remember this ever being a thing, and might be relevant?

Yep. This just happened to me too.
Resets didn't work. Verifying files didn't work.
Leaving the bank and coming back in did it. lol. I should have tried that first.

It seems like it happens if you go in through the East door. If you come in through the north, it works fine.

Chat messages (for whatever reason) sometimes stop functioning in areas. Which would require a reset of the server. Its not a client side issue.
