Some Druid Spells Cannot Be Scribed

Feat states any known spell can be scribed.

Arelith states that some spells use a specific item for scribing.

I've obtained said item, but these spells are greyed out when trying to select them through a scroll.

SoV and Firestorm are two examples.

Another example of a spell that is greyed out is Healing Circle, but this spell does not require the special item. Yet it cannot be scribed.

I will continue going through the spellbook to find additional scrolls this is currently not working for. But it definitely seems to be a bit busted!
