bard song randomness

Bard song, the beneficial one is just random. Sometimes it doesn't affect all party members in range and it's totaly random. Like, sometimes only 1 party member gets the benefit, sometimes just 1 dude left out of it. And no, it's not me being too far away, because the bard him/herself is affected by this too. As in, click the button -> only the dude next to me gets the song buff and I don't.

I think this may be related to the same looping issues that were causing issues with Curse Songs. I've seen this happening a lot lately. Switching zones seems to fix the issue sometimes.

I personally thing it's caused by the change in how repeated uses of song work now. I gotta pay more attention if it happens more during peak hours and stuff.

I have actually had several instances of being in Cordor and bardsong simply not working.

- Sing
- Animation plays
- No note VFX appears, and no buffs occur.
- Singing again usually fixes it, but there have been a couple of times where that also didn't work.

There wasn't intense lag or anything that I could attribute this to.
