Buffs Randomly Falling Off

I've noticed over the last few days that buffs seem to just fall off randomly with no dispels or anything. It seems to happen a lot with Barkskin. For instance, I will cast Barkskin on myself and two other people with a wand. On one of the it will fall off a few minutes later while mine remains active. I've seen it happen with zoo buffs as well. It's difficult to reproduce consistently, but it is happening.

I've had Freedom of Movement fall off seconds after casting it.

I've been having haste fall off seconds after casting.

Ditto with haste. It mostly seems to occur when I am using a henchman and a summon, using mass haste, occasionally the spell on the summon simply doesn't stick or vanishes shortly after cast . I have been unable to reproduce it.

I've had similar issues with the Girdle of fortitude (Bear's endurance (15) 1/day).
Sometimes it would not give a full 5 points, so I would pump it up with normal Endurance potions (3).
But I thought that in this case the lvl 3 duration would override the lvl 15, so I didn't think much of it.

Can confirm Girdle of Fortitude to be acting weird.

I suspect this is related:

Today on first casting I had a bless weapon scroll (base caster level 17) give +1 bonus instead of +4 (playing a character with 4 loremaster levels so CL should be 21 with 21minute duration). The duration also can't have been more than 5 minutes.

I'd be curious if those having issues also have loremaster levels?

I was able to reproduce this by changing servers (first time logging onto the server since reset both times) and casting the scroll again. (Happened on Surface and Cities and Planes).



As an aside, the girdle doesnt sound related as the potion would in fact override the duration.
