Steps to reproduce:
As a Dread Pirate, try to use the Smugglers' travel service.
Expected result:
Be charged nothing to travel to the selected destination.
Actual result:
Be charged a random amount of gold ranging from 5 to 100 in order to travel.
Bonus:
The Cordor travel option still says Cordor (Cultural District), but that's not the correct area anymore.
