Tried redeeming a minor award for a bonus language on an evil human character. Did not get an option to create an Outcast/Slave, character start-up dialogue skipped directly to Gifts.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-Create Chaotic Evil Human Male Cleric
-Redeem minor award for a bonus language (Xanalress)
-Be robbed of your glory
Expected Result:
The ability to create an Outcast Human that begins with a bonus language.
Actual Result:
Not able to create an Outcast Human that begins with a bonus language.

Selecting the Noble Award appears to work correctly. Seems specific only to the Language Award.
