Uncooperative Storage Cabinet

The storage cabinet in Kaadius Iszerrazar's Guldorand (City Port) Townhouse is very finicky about being opened. We have to try opening it mulitiple times and the pathfinding makes us run around when trying to open. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
