Planar Conduit not respecting streams

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Tried to use the epic spell planar conduit with the stream of celestials chosen.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Be a TN svirf healer
- Activate stream: Celestial
- Use Epic Spell: Planar Conduit

Expected Result:
Get a bunch of neat celestials

Actual Result:
Got a bunch of formians

Not 100% sure but i seem to remember that you can't summon something outside of your alignment column by design. Don't quote me on this tho :p

Slaad and Mechanus streams. Both are neutral :)
