Zoo Buffs are not stacking properly.

Description of Bug Experienced:
When casting a zoo buff or even using UMD of them the stats don't stack when used on self or other people.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I used potions to prime my stats and then used wands to "fill them out".

Expected Result:
I would acheive a +5 max zoobuff roll.

Actual Result:
It overwrote my zoobuff and rerolled it.


Basically zoobuffs are back to ye olden days form.

Im experiencing sompthing similar, animal/zoo spells stack on PC characters (i tested on myself and a nother player in PGCC), NPCs and summons they act as normal, i tested only on summon on surface server (not tested on myself on live server)
