Emotes not showing in languages

Post by Zahlfire_old »

Description of Bug Experienced: When using a language other than common emotes should be white text. They're not.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
  • -emote_style set to 1
  • -colour_mode set to 2
  • -prefix_mode set to 0
  • -console_mode set to 2
  • -dr
Any language works to reproduce, and -emote_style 0 has the issue as well. Brackets don't work either for making spoken words appear in Common.

Expected Result: "Hmmm." She rubs her nose

Actual Result: "Hmmm." She rubs her nose

Have also noticed this exact problem, even when cycling a number of options among the commands listed in OG's post, same issue remained when speaking in other languages. It prevents any form of emote, quotation mark, or bracket from coming up as standard white text.
"You're insufferable..."
"That's not true! I can totally be suffered!"
