Shaman: Planar Conduit

Description of Bug Experienced:
Planar conduit is selectable by shaman characters, but when the feat is taken it is not available for them to cast.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take planar conduit feat on an epic level shaman.

Expected Result:
Able to cast planar conduit from having spent a feat on it.

Actual Result:
No castable epic spell is provided by the feat.

Additional Information/Notes
Shaman were described as being able to draw their power from a variety of sources when implemented, including planar sources. If it is intentional that they should be unable to use this feat seems odd that they would be pushed away from being able to utilize a planar summoning ability with this in mind.

This issue was also previously reported by another player but persists. I was unable to find the bug report thread of the other player to bump with a notice that the issue was still live.

Seems intentional for shamans to not use but certainly not intended to be an available feat.
