When taking WM lvl 10, Epic Prowess is not being applied. Tried several times. I currently have 14 lvls of weapon master. I took epic prowess at lvl 12 WM due to not having the feat granted.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-relevel x4
Expected Result:
at lvl 10 WM, epic prowess to be obtained.
Actual Result:
at lvl 10 WM, epic prowess not obtained
