Description of Bug Experienced:
The craftable Dwarven Rune Hammer does not have a runic property unlike it's countepart, the Dwarven Rune Axe.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
None.
Expected Result:
Has runic.
Actual Result:
No runic.

Tested only on PGCC.
