Description

Went down with a diving bell from the Guldorand Galleon to test it and the new spell. Descent went without problem, then exited the capsule
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1) Cast Water Breating on self and others
2) Go down with a capsule to the bottom
3) Exit the capsule at the bottom
Expected result
-----------------------
You should be able to breathe under water
Actual result
-------------------
Recieved the message "Can't breathe under water, you are drowing" in the combat log and on screen. Did not wait to see if character would actually drown.

Casted as a level 27 Ranger.
