Wailing Maiden water VFX

Just a minor visual bug. The water VFX are still active when not moving. Otherwise, amazing design!

Description of Bug Experienced:
Ship stopped moving (stay in quadrant/end of map/docked) but water FX indicating that ship is moving are still on.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Stop ship

Expected Result:
Water VFX off

Actual Result:
Water VFX on

Additional Information/Notes
Yeah its a known issue with the new ships from that Tileset. Its a Tile Group animation, and even though they are switched off in the Toolset, it doesn't register in game. So when you actually are moving you'll see those along with the additional placeable ones, and just less of them when standing still.
