Description of Bug Experienced:
When you have killed a target and use the dagger on the target, the gold gained from the assassination is put directly into your inventory. Where does it come from? One big issue here is that if you've done a somewhat public kill, not only is your reputation/cover blown, not only will you have to flee for your life, but you're now also risking that amount of gold you've just earned.
Instead, this amount should be going into your bank account. How would the Assassin's Guild make gold suddenly appear in your pocket? Wouldn't it seem more reasonable, more fair, and make more sense IC for them to put it into your account once the dagger is used?
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use the guild dagger on a body to mark it as an assassination.
Expected Result:
Gold goes into bank account.
Actual Result:
Gold goes into your pocket.
Assassination system payment goes into inventory.

Re: Assassination system payment goes into inventory.
This is working as intended.
Re: Assassination system payment goes into inventory.
I have to question why you decided to give a one line response as non-contributor on something that, as explained by op, makes little sense.
As an aside, if this is truly how the dev team currently want it to work and not when it was implemented many years ago this could probably be moved to feedback instead.
