Polymorph self cannot be casted

Description of Bug Experienced:
Been trying to use polymorph self on my nature cleric without much luck, despite the spell is available I cannot cast it by radial menu nor by quick bar


Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Create a nature cleric, healer path. Advance to lvl 11 try to cast polymorph self

Expected Result:

I can cast polymorph self

Actual Result:

I cannot cast polymorph self
