i have a hin that could speak animal the hin was grand fathered with the language tryed to talk animal to day noticed i cant speak it now

Define grandfathered.

Confirming Spyre's response. Judging by our code base, there was never an intent to grandfather such characters, merely a bug in the implementation of the related language removal script. I recently fixed that, which resulted in the reported behavior.
