Main Guldorand Fortress City Exterior Area Fixture Limit

Main Guldorand Fortress City Exterior Area Fixture Limit
I noticed when placing a few things the fixture limit for the main Guldorand Fortress City Exterior (ie gatehouse, market, square, etc) was only set for 15.
It seems a bit low for an area that would gather items such as signs, seats, etc and that's not including the large area outside the city walls.
I wonder what the chance of having it raised would be or if it was set that way for a reason?

Personally I prefer the lower limits and think all cities should be lower.
Seeing signs for stores and random adverts just annoys me. As does a pile of seats.
Atleast with 15 what is there must be curated and module placed items used, see city message board and benches.
Temporary event fixtures can be put inside, ran elsewhere where space is available, or if the server goes down for maintenance, picked up temporarily.

Someone remove that cart from the road in the Freeport. I do not know why this object exists. People who use their mouse to move around and attempt to walk through the city will end up caught on this stupid thing.
I would trip over a thousand flower fixtures everywhere if I could get rid of that singular cart.

In the absence of an increased fixture limit in Guldorand City, a more central and natural congregation point would be welcome.

The less fixtures the better, in my opinion.
There are so many advertisements and signs everywhere on Arelith they amount to nothing more than watching billboards go by on the freeway or scrolling past intrusive ads on your phone.
The last thing I want to do in a fantasy realm where you go to escape things like freeways or smartphones is see billboards and ads everywhere. There's already an issue with this that's real easy to find, so keeping fixture limits low and perhaps continuing to reduce fixture limits elsewhere would be nice.
