You Can Still Use War Domain Active Ability

You can still use the war domain active cleric ability, provided you follow particular instructions, or, rather, have unwittingly followed them in the past -- as far as I know there's no way to replicate this for a completely new character, just old ones that were around before the change to War domain.
Steps to reproduce

If your War Domain Battle Mastery ability is still on your hot-bar prior to the nerf, the ability will still be there and can be used as previous.
Expected result

It does work after resting, you can use it, rest, and use it again; as far as I can tell it works just like it did.
