Disease inflicted by the Grave Worm in the Bonefields is instantly proccing it's ticks causing 20 constitution damage in a five second span.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get diseased.
Expected Result:
Not die instantly.
Actual Result:
Die instantly.

Idk if the image will load properly but it's just a screenshot of disease procs going off in a short period.
Also it doesn't allow you to use remove disease or healing kits to remove it.
