Description
The Penny Rose is using the sailing skill from the character with the lowest amount of Sail. My character with 49 Sail traveled with someone with 6 Sail, and whenever this other character was on the deck, the Penny's Sail skill would decrease from my 49 to their 6.
Steps to reproduce
Have two characters on board of the Penny. One with high Sail, the other with low Sail.
Expected result
The Penny uses the highest amount of Sail.
Actual result
The Penny uses the lowest amount of Sail.
Misc Notes
Bear in mind that the crew size of the Penny is just 1. So it should always just use the score from the character on board with the highest amount of Sail.
