Dual Wield Mastery suppressing additional AB buffs

Description of Bug Experienced:
Hi there! While playing as a pure Ranger I ran into some trouble with the feat Dual Wield Mastery. It seems that if I take DWM I get the advertised +2 Attack Bonus, but any further AB buff that grants 2 or less is ignored. For example: If I was to cast Aid(+1) -> War Cry(+2) -> Battletide(+2) I would get a total of +5 AB -without- DWM. With DWM however all of those buffs are ignored.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Create a lv 15 gnoll ranger with at least 17 STR and 13 WIS but do not take DWM. Equip a double axe. Memorize Aid and rest. Look at your AB. Cast Aid on yourself. Use your gnoll innate ability to cast war cry. Your AB should increase by +1 from Aid and then +2 from War Cry for a total of +3.

Retake your 15th level and take DWM. You will see that your AB is now 2 higher than it was. As before, cast Aid and use War Cry.

Expected Result:
You would expect your AB to increase by +1 (from Aid) then +2 (from War Cry) for a total of +3 over your starting value.

Actual Result:
Your AB does not change.

Try re-equipping the weapon after casting aid/battle cry. I had the same issue on my swashbuckler.

Also, you can never rely on the numbers on the character sheet, only the combat log numbers.

No, this time its genuine. I also had issues with AB fluctuating on STRanger, reported them below. Though the more I looked at it, its more likely its not the DWM, but plus2 wilderness bonus, which works heckin inconsistently too.
