About Garrbear's changes

After playing a loremaster for a while I really like the direction the class took. Loremaster dips have allowed scrolls to be viable again in builds, creating a large amount of build diversity. If there is one criticism, I wish it offered more to casters. The class benefits melee more than classes that traditionally have a lot more to do with lore.
