The area "The Boreal Keep (The Werth)" is not only considered privy to the day/night cycle when it shouldn't be (since the Keep's a demiplane), but it's also considered 'Day' to harm vampires at Hour 19. noooo help

Even more: "The Boreal Keep (The Werth)" also blinds and debuffs drow, which is unfortunate, given that drow made the Keep for avoiding that exact thing.
