After being grappled and destroying the grappling chain, I was unable to get the navigator to realize we were no longer grappled.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Become grappled
2. Destroy the chain by bashing it
3. Speak with the navigator
Expected Result:
Options become available again for me to move
Actual Result:
Navigator says: "We have been grappled by another ship and cannot move!"
