Deep Speech stuck after relevel of Warlock

Description of Bug Experienced:
After a relevel of a character with 3 Warlock levels (as a dip) and Fathomless pact, Deep Speech remained even after the warlock levels were removed.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Take 3 levels of Warlock and select a pact with Deep Speech.
2. Relevel, or otherwise lose that EXP somehow.


Expected Result:
You cannot communicate with the Elder Gods any longer.


Actual Result:
They still whisper to you in your sleep.

The extra language disappears after a server reset. However, Sincra has been working on a cleaner implementation that will circumvent this issue.

The work I was doing had some unforseen consequences and so was reverted. I'm moving this to closed since languages are primed every restart.
I will likely revisit this at a later point.
