Proficiency debuff can be removed with lesser restoration

Hi!
I accidently discovered this bug yesterday while doing a crypt dungeon. My character was given a greatsword while not having exotic proficiency. Having not played in a long time and never played the class before that I'm playing, I actually didn't realize she didn't have the proficiency, and so when I saw a debuff up top on my screen-- I thought, "oh, the undead/crypt mobs must have put a debuff on me and/or casted something weird at me"

Long story short, I kept being really confused because I kept getting this debuff thinking I had fixed the problem with lesser restoration. Only to then look at my combat log and see the notification saying I don't have the proficiency and realize that it's not the mobs doing it but an intentional feature that can be removed using lesser restoration.

I am told this bug can be fixed by switching the debuff to being a supernatural ability and I just wanted to report it.

Edit: just realized it might be class related or something. My character's class right now is straight favored soul.

Known issue, a fix was just merged and should be live next reset :)
