This writ doesn't offer much detail on the location, and new players will likely be unaware that without a character with open lock in their party they effectively wasted one of their writs for the day.
This is a bad experience to give for a low level dungeon, since it is the kind newcomers to the server will be most likely to visit.

If the writ itself indicated this, or if the doors were changed to be bashable (though one door is technically bashable, but has ridiculous DR and health) then this would be a much better dungeon for new players to cut their teeth on. As it is now, some might wander around confusedly thinking there's a way to open it themselves before eventually leaving the server with a bad impression of it.Oh, you came for adventure?
