Polymorph bug Warlock/totem Ranger

I have a Faylock 3/ Barbarian and I currently wildshape/polymorph into a wolf and then summon my two tribals. I then quicky cancel poly as I dont want anyone to know that I can take on wolf-form. My two wolf pets work as intented. I plan to be a faylock/ tribal barbarian/totem ranger.
The issue is when you take on the addition of the ranger class - totem path. Totem path provides for your summons to become x totem animal where X is wolf in my case. So if I do any summons, say from a summon creature I ...it will become a wolf. The problem is that I cannot wildshape as a feylock after taking a level in totem ranger as it creates a bug that states "you have no bound totem"
Steps to reproduce

create a shield dwarf, warlock - fey pact for levels 1-3, then tribal barbarian for 4-6, and then totem ranger for 7-9.
Expected result
-----------------------
before taking on the ranger levels you an wildshape into a wolf and pop tribals to have two wolves. after taking on totem ranger you should still be able to wildshape into wolf pop tribals and have two wolves and also when casting summons have more wolves (1) or (4) with elemental swarm.
Actual result

after taking at least 1 level in totem ranger you get "You have no bound totem" message and wildshape from keylock no long er works.

Seems to work fine if you take 5 levels of druid wildshape. Seems that the totem path is not setup to detect the new feylock wildshape.

Is it really intended for tribal henchmen to apply your own polymorph skin?

Yes, because Shaman whom cast polymoprh self can do the same thing. I have seem plenty of Drow walking about with two spyiders.

That bug should be fixed pretty soon. Fey pact wildshape will however not respect totems because doing so would let them access them the shape more than once per day. Anyway, the error message mentioned above should no longer appear, letting these characters once more access regular wildshape.

Can I get clerification on your statement about feypack wildshape not respecting totems. I assume you mean that if you took wulf totem that it wont be over ride the wildshape forcing you to be a wulf but at the same time you cannot take say parrot totem and then use the feylock wildshape to change into a parrot. This is fine what totem ranger is suppose to do is soley change summons into the totem pet.
If I can wildshape into a wulf and half my summons (summon creature 1-IX) become wulfs and then pop tribal barb and then have two more trible warrior wulfs Ill be happy. I know I was never going to be able to wildshape into anything other than the feylock options which is why i stayed with a dwarven wulfbrother berserker option.

Yes, only the feylock options are available.
