Level up, take spells as usual
Expected result

No divine power on 4th Circle
Actual result
-------------------
WITH divine power on 4th circle, took the spell normally and it works.
Misc Notes
----------------
Not sure if the change is intended. But I ain't complainin if it is. That's like a major game changer to the class if it is intended.
(No mention of it on the update thread)

This was forgotten in the recent update announcement and is an intentional change :)
