Monk Katar Proficiency -8 AB

New Katar Proficiency doesn't work, Monk still recieves -8 AB for a weapon they're not proficient in.

Equip Katar

Expected result

Katar fun

Actual result

-8 AB, no Katar fun.

Image didn't upload previously, added an image to show that while wielding a Katar, I drop to 0 AB when I would normally be at +8, also included info chat to show that it's giving me the -8 AB penalty.

Can you confirm if this has been fixed or the penalty still persists?
