Elemental weapon - AB not scaling

Description of Bug Experienced:
I've noticed that when casting Flame weapon on my bronze weapon that I only get +1 AB even though I should be getting +2 AB accordring to Spell changes wiki page

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Level 9 wizard - spellsword path
equip bronze weapon
cast Flame weapon spell

Expected Result:
+2 AB, +4 elemental damage

Actual Result:
+1 AB, +4 elemental damage

This seems to be a problem of the wiki not providing the correct information. The ingame spell description is such:


Edit:
I just noticed ingame spell description says 7-11 and 8-17 and I. Now I'm not sure what to think. There are multiple problems here. Likely, it's supposed to be 12-17 rather than 8-17.
