Shadow Wharftown manor lease bugged (Solved)

From my understanding all buildings with an interior lease in addition to their outside/primary lease qualify as Guildhouses. I've been the owner of the interior lease in the manor in Shadow Wharftown but when the exterior lease recently slipped from not being refreshed, instead of transferring to me as it should for a Guildhouse, the outside lease went up for auction. I was able to check and I still own my interior lease, I'm not sure how that will be affected after the outside lease is auctioned though.

Had the same issue with the small guildhouse in Sibayad's outskirts.

I suggest you bid on the main property or move your stuff out to be safe.
