Shadow Mage's -6 DC for Evocation appears to be applying to Transmutation spells as well.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast Transmutation spells and check Combat Log for DC number.

Expected result
-----------------------
Expected result of 10 + spell level + ability modifier + applicable focus feats.

Screenshot also has Greater Shadow Conjuration (Web) for comparison with expected and actual result of 31.
