Rest Menu Trade Skills Mixup

Description:
When trying to view one's Trade Skills in the rest menu, you're instead sent to some kind of spellbook menu saying "What class would you like to save a book for?".

Steps to reproduce:
1) Press R to enter rest menu.
2) Press 3, or "Character", to enter character sub-menu.
3) Press 2, or "Trade Skills", to enter trade skills sub-menu.

Expected result:
Show all trade skills character can access.

Actual result:
Shows spellbook-saving menu.

An addendum: the same problem happens when you try to enter any sub-menu in the Character menu. Pressing Languages sends you to Deities, pressing Mimic sends you to Factions, pressing Equipment sends you to Auto-Looting Options, etc. Think there's a number out of whack in the script somewhere there.

I think it was reported a short while ago (and worked on by Sincra), but yeah, it has not been resolved yet. Starting with second posiiton of rest menu, the controls are shifted by one.
