Description

Belgarn the Bank Guard won't take his package.. The package is from the first quest you can take in the Underdark as you leave the initial ship, it's to deliver stuff around Andunor. I successfully delivered the other packages, did two writs, then finally got to the bank and it is bugged for me.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Speaking to Belgarn the Bank Guard with the package for him in inventory.
Expected result
-----------------------
Lose package, get gold and XP.
Actual result
-------------------
Belgarn the Bank Guard says "Not interested."

Misc Notes

I tried logging out/in, resting, changing spoken language, moving the package, trading the package and I can't drop the package...
I don't care about the gold or XP, but I would hate to have to carry the useless item around for the duration of my character.
This is on my character Uuvuvweiwei Osas.
