Steps to reproduce

Attempt to go through an intra-map doorway.

Expected result

Pass through the on-map doorway.

Script prevents passage.

Misc Notes
----------------
Eg. Leaving the Shipyard to go to the floodplains, immediately after the transition, to get to the plain proper, you must go through a small cave mouth that is on the same screen. The timer prevents you from doing so until it expires, even though it is on the same screen and not actually invoking an area transition.
