Problem with Sencliff Contract: A Thousand Islet - revival

Objectives are:

1: Land on an islet

2: Defeat ten Greater Harpies

There is total of 0 harpies at ANY islet.. I have explored all of them and only found islet with troll , hag, rainbow stone and egg guardian with no harpies anywhere to be found. Trying to do it for 14 days and still nothing.

Please help ! :)
