Feat bug

my character is a 3/3 monk/fighter going into level 4 fighter. I have all the pre-reqs for weapon specialization unarmed strike but it does not appear in the feat menu when I attempt to level.

I have not attempted to reproduce this bug because I do not have the time

Do you maybe have some override installed?

Restored some more missing Fighter feats. Everything should work as expected now.

Recently achieved level 12 and purchased Improved Two-Weapon fighting. Feat worked fine after leveling and character sheet reflected.

Then logged off and 4 days later logging on now and the feat is gone, character sheet reflecting that I no longer have imrpoved two weapon fighting.
