Minmir Ogre Matriarch Writ

In this writ, you need to kill mobs on the 4th floor of the ogre caves, and then kill some on the 5th floor and then kill the Ogre Matriarch.

The following situation has occurred multiples times on my last few characters:

You clear the 4th floor, and climb/fall down the rope to the 5th floor. Only to find someone has recently cleared it, or is in the process of killing the matriarch.

You cannot climb back up, and the natural exit after the matriarch is one way, so you have to do it all over again from lvl 1!

This dungeon is fairly popular as it has a few chests, decent XP and loot for high teens/low 20s, and can be looped fairly easily. There is also a FOIG reason for additional traffic on floor 4/5.

There are also 2 regular and 2 RH writs associated with the place.

All of this combines to make it a fairly high traffic area. It would be great if there was a climb check to get back to the 4th floor, or you could back track through the natural exit on lvl 5

It would also be nice if the check to climb down to level 5 was a climb check and not a reflex save
