My bard is pure LVL 14 and has maxed lore. That means with spells and equipment my lore is around 60
1. My bard cant read scroll-like summon creature VII. Why?
2. My bard can read scroll "flame weapon" but when I use it on my FFmercenary he still has no fire damage on the weapon. Why?
